How to connect your Zendesk account to eDRV

  1. Log in to the eDRV dashboard via
  2. From the dashboard, under settings, visit the "Driver App" section and scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Under the Support App drop down, pick Zendesk and enter your Intercom ID in the text box on the right
  4. Now, drivers using your customized white label app for accessing charging stations will be able to message you directly
  5. You are in full control of the service you provide to drivers
